Our Story

In 1996 Accurate Engraving and Awards open their doors in Pleasanton California, Founder Greg Ricchini started with an antique hand engraver along the Tri-Valley's first laser engraver. Mixing the classic engraving process with the new computer engraving systems Greg needed help. Who better to ask than a roommate, Tim Smith. Out of the Marines, and back at UC Berkeley, Tim joined Accurate Engraving and six months later he was a partner and running the company.  Accurate Impressions became the go-to team for awards in the San Francisco Bay Area, and as business expanded and in need of help, he pulled in his wife, Lisa.

After years of creating custom awards and supplying corporate events, Tim and Lisa took note of the client's request and demand for event logoed and custom apparel, embroidery and screen printing. Six months later after a trip to the Long Beach Impression Apparel Expo, they bought their first embroidery machine and screen printing equipment, and changed the company to Accurate Impressions.

Fast forward to the early 2000s, and looking for a branding change to better embrace the expanding services, their daughter Sage, inspired by Cake Boss, declared, "You guys are the bosses of logos!" And LogoBoss ® was born. Now, with multiple embroidery, screen printing and printing machines, LogoBoss handles everything in-house: signage, awards, custom apparel, embroidery, screen printing, laser engraving, and digital transfers. If you can dream it, we can logo it!  And we can dress up for any occassion!
